Madison works directly with clients, both on-site and virtually, to generate electrical solutions meeting project goals and requirements while ensuring implementation is done correctly, on time, and within budget. Especially adept at creative problem solving, Madison maintains a lessons-learned attitude, consistently asking the tough questions to ensure she learns and grows with the industry. These attributes combined with her excellent communication style and “you can do anything you set your mind to” mentality make her a standout member of the e3i team. Madison is also e3i’s internal social media champion, taking the initiative to find new and innovative ways to help market the firm.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Madison in the gym. She loves to exercise and is a part time trainer at the Everybody Fight’s gym here in Boston for cycle, strength, and cardio. It’s one of her dreams to be on MTV’s The Challenge, a reality competition show featuring extreme physical challenges and obstacles courses.
