As the Founder and Principal of e3i Engineers, Bill’s 30+ years of experience encompasses groundbreaking designs such as the nation’s largest rotary UPS system, classified bio-containment facilities, and the integrated testing and commissioning of top-secret supercomputing facilities—achievements realized well before the term “mission critical” gained its modern prominence. Bill spent the early part of his career engineering critical power systems for military installations worldwide, including radar systems, communication networks, and data centers, serving esteemed branches such as the U.S. Navy, Air Force, and NATO, among others.
